  • Galric. I am starting with garlic simply because this is the so called "wonder food". It contains so many anti-oxidatns which helps you get rid of free radicals, and it help you fight the yeast infectin by strengthening the immune system and reducing the Candida bacteria. Try to eat garlic at each meal. If you can't stand the smell or the taste, you can replace them with garlic capsules.
  • Cultured foods. Including cultured food such as yogurt, sauerkraut and other fermented foods will also greatly help you treat the yeast infection. By eating these you will introduce good bacteria in your body, re-establishing the balance between good and bad bacteria, which probably was the main reason you got the infection
  • Fresh vegetables and fruits. Green vegetables are very beneficial for your health. Recommended thing is to drink a freshly squeezed jucie each morning, made out of some green vegetables (a celery root, some aprsley, a cucumber0 and a green apple or a pear. This way all those nutrients reach the blood steam a lot faster.
  • Drink plenty of water each day. If you are not doing this already, then please start drinking at least 1,5 lietrs of pure water each day (1 liter in the worst case scenario). This will help your body eliminate toxic build-up from your system, and along with all those toxins it will also gete rid of the Candida.
